The dolphin-safe label on tuna cans is important because it lets people know that the tuna in that can was caught in a safe way. For some reason the Department of Commerce would like to change the labeling which would lead to the deaths of many dolphins. Tracking and using innocent dolphins to catch tuna is very cruel and should not be allowed. With one scoop of the giant net 500 to 2000 dolphins could be killed. Young dolphins could be separated from their mother and wind up dying a lonely death. Please Mr. President, find it in your heart to protect the dolphins by protecting the dolphin safe label.
